The Quincy G313H30HCE is a truck-mounted compressor designed for sustained field use, pairing a 13 HP Honda GX engine with 12-Volt electric start and recoil backup, a two-stage cast-iron belt-drive pump, and a 30-gallon horizontal receiver rated to 175 PSI. Its defining feature is full pressure lubrication: a gerotor positive-displacement oil pump continuously feeds the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rods instead of relying on splash lubrication. That system is what supports the compressor’s 100% duty cycle and makes it better suited to long, demanding work than a basic splash-lubricated gas compressor.
The pressure-lubrication system delivers oil consistently as the pump operates, while a spin-on oil filter keeps contaminants out of the lubrication circuit. That matters on a truck-mounted compressor because the machine may operate on uneven ground and run for extended periods. The QT-7.5 pump is built with a cast-iron body, aluminum head, graphite cylinder and head gaskets, and stainless steel reed valves with bumpers. A high-efficiency fin-and-tube intercooler reduces the temperature of compressed air between stages, while the electronically balanced cast-iron flywheel directs cooling air across the intercooler, cylinders, and heads.
For mobile mechanics, roadside service, tire service, construction, utility, and fleet maintenance, the G313H30HCE provides shop-style compressed-air capability without requiring electrical power at the job site. The Honda GX engine combines 12-Volt button start with recoil backup, making repeated starts easier during a workday. Automatic idle control also reduces engine speed when air demand stops, rather than keeping the engine at full speed against a satisfied receiver. The battery and cable required for electric starting are not supplied, so the truck installation must provide the necessary 12-Volt starting connection.
Pressure Lubrication
This compressor uses full pressure lubrication with a Gerotor positive-displacement oil pump and spin-on oil filter. The system actively circulates oil through the pump while the filter removes contaminants.
It is rated for 100% duty cycle, making it suited to sustained operation. The spin-on filter also simplifies routine oil service.
Electric Start & Automatic Idle
The Honda GX engine features 12V electric start with recoil backup. The starting battery and cable are not included, so the vehicle must provide the required 12V supply.
Automatic idle reduces engine speed when air demand stops and returns to operating speed when demand resumes.
Pump & Cooling
The QT-7.5 is a two-stage, cast-iron belt-drive pump with an aluminum head and 50,000+ hour rated life. It uses graphite cylinder and head gaskets and stainless steel reed valves with bumpers.
A high-efficiency fin-and-tube intercooler cools air between compression stages. The electronically balanced, fan-type cast-iron flywheel provides cooling airflow while driving the belt system.
Fit & Installation
-
Dimensions: 42" L Ă— 21" W Ă— 40" H
-
Weight: 515 lbs dry
-
Receiver: 30-gallon horizontal
Before installation, verify vehicle load capacity and clearance around the intake, exhaust, tank drain and service points.
Buyer responsibilities: vehicle-specific mounting hardware and fasteners, exhaust routing, ventilation and 12V electrical supply. Any enclosure must provide adequate airflow and keep exhaust away from occupants and combustible materials.

Certification, Stated Clearly
The manufacturer’s data lists ASME and CSA markings. These refer to different aspects of the equipment: ASME relates to the pressure vessel, while CSA relates to electrical and product safety.
Neither marking covers vehicle installation. Mounting, load securement, weight distribution and fleet inspection requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility. Check the unit’s data plate on arrival and confirm your fleet’s requirements before installation.
Shipping & Delivery
Ships by freight to the lower 48 states. At 515 lbs, the compressor ships palletized and requires a forklift, loading dock or freight-terminal pickup. Residential deliveries may incur an additional fee. Gas-engine equipment ships without fuel.
Inspect the pallet and equipment before signing. Check for damage to the shroud, flywheel guard, tank or loose components. Document any damage on the bill of lading with the driver before accepting delivery, and take photos for your records.
Warranty
The compressor includes a 1-year factory warranty, extendable to a 3-year Quincy “No Bull” warranty when the manufacturer’s requirements are met, including purchasing the matching maintenance kit with the compressor and registering the unit.
Handle the warranty requirements at purchase; the extended coverage cannot be added retroactively. The Honda engine is covered separately under its own manufacturer warranty.
If a failure occurs, open the warranty claim before disassembling the pump or engine. Allow the manufacturer to inspect the equipment before performing major repairs.
