The Quincy QT Pro 10 HP compressor packs a 120-gallon receiver and industrial-duty pump into a compact 40" × 30" footprint, making floor space its biggest advantage. Instead of spreading a large receiver across the shop floor, the vertical design uses available height to keep the compressor in a corner, plant alcove, or other tight area. A splash-lubricated cast-iron two-stage pump with aluminum heads is belt driven by a 1,750 RPM industrial motor and rated to 175 PSI. Quincy rates the pump for more than 50,000 hours of service, while the 208V three-phase configuration makes it suited to shops with that electrical supply.
The QT Pro pump uses two-stage compression with a high-efficiency finned intercooler between stages. Air is compressed in the first cylinder, cooled before reaching the second, then compressed again to the working pressure. This reduces the heat load on the second stage and helps maintain lower discharge temperatures during extended operation. The pump uses splash lubrication and two-piece connecting rods, keeping the mechanical design straightforward, while an oil sight glass provides a quick visual check of the oil level. A factory-fitted magnetic starter provides thermal overload protection for the motor. The large receiver also gives the system substantial stored-air capacity for sustained shop demand.
This compressor is a practical choice for multi-bay repair shops, tire and general service facilities, fleet operations, and municipal garages where floor space is limited but 208V three-phase power is available. Its approximately 75-inch height allows the 120-gallon receiver to occupy a relatively small area, although the tall configuration requires a stable, level installation surface and appropriate anchoring. The tank has a 1-inch outlet, while the supplied configuration does not include an aftercooler, electronic drain valve, or automatic low-oil shutoff. Shops needing additional air treatment or automated oil-level protection should plan those requirements separately.
Vertical Design Saves Floor Space
A 120-gallon vertical receiver uses less floor space than a comparable horizontal tank, making it easier to place in a corner, alcove or beside a door.
The tradeoff is height: this unit stands 75" tall and weighs 1,000 lbs dry. Install it on a solid, level surface and anchor it securely. Check the full delivery path and doorway dimensions before shipment.
Simple QT Pro Pump Design
The QT Pro pump uses two-piece connecting rods and splash lubrication, with an oil sight glass for quick level checks.
A magnetic starter with thermal overload protection protects the motor. The design keeps the pump straightforward to service without a pressure-lubrication system or spin-on oil filter.
Two-Stage Compression & Intercooling
Air is compressed in two stages, with a finned intercooler between them. Cooling the air before the second stage helps control compression temperatures and improves the efficiency of the two-stage process.
Maximum pressure is 175 PSI.
Will It Fit?
-
Footprint: 40" × 30"
-
Height: 75"
-
Weight: 1,000 lbs dry
-
Power: 208V, 3-phase
-
Outlet: 1" tank connection
-
Receiver: 120 gallons
Allow service clearance around the pump for belt and oil access. Quincy recommends having a certified electrician size the breaker and conductors for the installation based on the run length and local code.
What It Does Not Include
This model does not include an aftercooler, electronic drain valve, low-oil shutoff or air dryer.
If your application requires additional air treatment or automatic oil-level protection, plan for separate equipment or consider a QT MAX configuration.

Certification, Stated Plainly
The receiver is an ASME-certified pressure vessel and includes the required pressure-relief valve and receiver components. The machine also carries a CSA mark.
Our supplier data references an additional North American electrical listing, but the record is not clear enough for us to publish that mark as confirmed. If your insurer or local code requires a specific electrical listing, confirm the data plate requirements with us before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Ships by freight to the lower 48 states, crated on a skid. At approximately 1,000 lbs, this unit requires a forklift or loading dock for unloading. Terminal pickup is available if you prefer to collect it with your own trailer and equipment.
Residential delivery is available and may include an additional residential fee.
Inspect the compressor before signing. Photograph the crate and check for damage, leaning or a compromised skid. Record any damage on the bill of lading with the driver present.
Warranty
Quincy provides a 1-Year factory warranty for consumer and commercial use. Purchasing the EWK-4 Maintenance Kit with the compressor extends coverage to the 3-Year “No Bull” warranty, subject to Quincy’s terms and registration requirements. The extended coverage includes on-site service and labor.
Review the warranty documentation before ordering and register the unit as required.
