Its biggest distinction is the pump's full pressure lubrication system, which uses a gerotor positive-displacement oil pump to deliver oil directly to the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rods. Combined with a 100% duty cycle, this makes it suited to service trucks and other applications where the compressor needs to deliver sustained air away from a stationary shop.
The pressure lubrication system actively circulates oil through the pump rather than relying on splash lubrication alone. A spin-on oil filter helps keep that oil clean as it reaches the pump's critical surfaces, supporting the QT-7.5's 50,000+ hour rated life. Heat management is also built into the design: a high-efficiency fin-and-tube intercooler cools the air between compression stages, while the fan-type cast-iron flywheel directs cooling air across the intercooler, cylinders, and heads. The pump also uses stainless-steel reed valves with valve bumpers, along with graphite cylinder and head gaskets, to handle the repeated heat cycles of extended operation.

Will It Fit Your Truck?
The compressor measures 42" L × 21" W × 40" H and weighs 501 lb dry. Confirm your vehicle's payload, axle and GVW limits before mounting.
Allow adequate clearance around the flywheel and intercooler for cooling airflow. Vehicle-specific mounting, fuel supply, exhaust routing and ventilation are the buyer's responsibility. Never operate the gasoline engine in an enclosed space.

Shipping & Delivery
Ships by freight to the lower 48, with the live shipping rate calculated at checkout. At 501 lb, the unit arrives palletized and requires appropriate unloading equipment, such as a forklift, loading dock or terminal pickup.
Residential deliveries may incur an additional fee.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Check the crate, engine shroud and receiver for damage. Record any damage on the bill of lading while the driver is present and take photos.
Warranty
The compressor includes a 1-year factory warranty, extendable to Quincy's 3-Year “No Bull” warranty when the EWK-3 maintenance kit is purchased with the compressor and the unit is registered at quincycompressor.com.
The extended warranty cannot be added after purchase. If you want the extended coverage, include the kit when ordering.
