The NTR-24 combines heavy-duty runway construction with practical service features, including nine mechanical locking positions, a 70.8" maximum lifting height, and adjustable runway spacing from 45.3" to 49.2" to fit a wide range of large vehicles. The 9" minimum runway height keeps loading clearance manageable, while the 220V single-phase power system eliminates the need for a three-phase electrical setup. The included RJ-15 bridge jacks slide between the runways and provide independent axle lifting with adjustable pads and included 5" and 6.75" height adapters.

Specifications

Compatibility

The RJ-15 rolling bridge jack requires a between-runway width of 48.7" to 55" for proper installation and operation. Since the NTR-24 runway spacing adjusts from 45.3" to 49.2", the lift must be set to 48.7" or wider whenever the rolling bridge jacks are installed.

The narrower 45.3"–48.6" adjustment range should only be used when the rolling bridge jacks are removed from the lift.

Each RJ-15 bridge jack provides up to 15,000 lbs of lifting capacity, making it suitable for the heavy-duty vehicles the NTR-24 is designed to service. Using both jacks together allows technicians to raise both ends of a vehicle while keeping it positioned on the runways, making inspections, tire service, and undercarriage work more efficient.

Freight & Delivery

The Triumph NTR-24 ships via LTL freight on a 48-foot semi-trailer. Customers should plan for unloading requirements before delivery.

Delivery Requirements

• The customer is responsible for unloading the lift from the truck; the freight driver does not unload the equipment
• Lift-gate service is not available for this freight class
• Unloading equipment capable of handling the 6,614 lb shipping weight is required, such as a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe
• If unloading equipment is not available at the delivery location, shipment can be routed to the carrier’s nearest freight terminal for pickup with a suitable trailer or moving vehicle
• The freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule the delivery appointment once the shipment reaches the local terminal
• Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery timing and receiving arrangements directly with the freight carrier
