The Katool KT-TV910 is a heavy-duty electro-hydraulic tire changer built for trucks, buses, tractors, and earth-moving equipment. Its external clamping system handles wheel diameters from 14" to 42" — a range that covers light commercial all the way through large agricultural and construction tires on a single machine, without retooling between jobs. Like the KT-T160, it uses a beak-and-disk bead system that delivers enough clamping force for large commercial tires while keeping contact geometry controlled enough to protect delicate alloy rims.

Where the TV910 steps up is in its operator ergonomics. Foot pedals are positioned for natural stance during operation, and helper controls are located at the point of use rather than on a central panel — meaning the operator doesn't have to step away from the tire to actuate the next function. On a 42" earth-mover tire that takes two people to handle, having controls within reach from wherever you're standing isn't a convenience feature, it's a safety consideration. The multifunctional control layout supports operation from any position around the machine, and low-voltage electrical components throughout the control circuit reduce shock risk in the wet conditions of a commercial tire bay.

The KT-TV910 is built for commercial tire centers, truck fleet shops, agricultural equipment dealers, and heavy construction service operations that need a machine capable of handling the full size range of commercial and industrial tires daily. Shops currently running separate machines for light commercial and heavy tires will find the 14"–42" clamping range consolidates that work onto one piece of equipment.
