The Katool KT-X95 is a full-rise flush-mount scissor lift rated at 8,000 lbs (3,500 kg), designed for permanent in-floor installation in professional shop bays. Unlike the portable and fixed-surface scissor lifts in the Katool lineup, the X95 mounts flush with the shop floor — the platform sits at drive-on level when lowered, keeping the bay clear and the workflow uninterrupted between vehicles. It carries CE certification tested at 115% dynamic and 150% static load capacity and runs on a pneumatic safety release, which requires a compressed air source for operation. Note: the X95 must be anchored to concrete at least 5.9" (150 mm) thick with a minimum 3,000 PSI rating before use — verify concrete thickness and strength before purchase and installation.

Control runs through a 24V low-voltage system with a height limit switch that stops the lift before it can overtravel. The top-level hydraulic system paired with an aluminum motor and integrated cooling fan maintains consistent performance through extended use without heat-related pressure drop. Composite rubber lifting blocks protect pinch welds and rocker panels on contact, self-lubricated bushings and bearings reduce maintenance intervals, and the drive-up ramp lock design extends the platform for longer wheelbase vehicles.

The KT-X95 is built for professional shops and dealership service bays doing a permanent installation where floor-level presentation and unobstructed bay access between lifts matter. It's the right choice for high-volume service operations that want the lifting capacity and CE safety certification of a full scissor lift in a format that disappears into the floor when it's not in use.
