The Katool AC2100 is a fully automatic R-1234yf refrigerant recovery, recycle, and recharge machine built for shops servicing the expanding mix of conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles now requiring 1234yf refrigerant. It achieves a minimum 95% recovery rate in under 30 minutes, keeping bay time tight on HVAC jobs that would otherwise sit waiting on refrigerant handling. Charge accuracy runs to ±0.5 oz (15 g), delivered through loadcell technology that measures both gas and oil by weight rather than pressure estimation — the difference between a precise recharge and one that's close enough.

The 7-inch touchscreen HQ display walks the technician through the full recovery, recycle, and recharge sequence automatically, reducing the procedure to monitored steps rather than manual valve work. A built-in printer outputs a service record at job completion — useful for customer documentation and warranty compliance on newer vehicles where refrigerant service records matter. SD card database support stores vehicle-specific charge quantities, so the correct amount goes in without manual lookup. The machine also runs vacuum testing to verify system integrity before recharge, catching leaks before the refrigerant goes back in. A fan and condenser system manages operating temperature during continuous use, and an optional heating belt improves recovery efficiency in cold ambient conditions.

The AC2100 is built for independent repair shops and dealership service departments adding 1234yf capability to their HVAC service offering, and high-volume shops that need a fast, accurate, fully automatic machine that minimizes technician time on refrigerant handling and produces a printed record for every job.
