Atlas 6PL 6,000 lb Open Center Low Rise Lift

The Atlas 6PL is a 6,000 lb low-rise drive-over lift built for quick-service work — tire rotations, brake jobs, and undercarriage inspections where speed of setup matters as much as lifting height. The open center design leaves the underside of the vehicle accessible once raised, and the drive-over ramp configuration means there's no positioning or arm adjustment between vehicles — drive on, place the rubber blocks if needed, and lift. It runs on 110V electric power with an air-operated single-point lock release requiring an external air supply. Note: due to the horizontal cylinder configuration, allow 2–6 inches of clearance between the lift surface and the vehicle's lifting points. This lift ships in blue. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck. Backed by a 2-year structural and 1-year hydraulic parts warranty.

Setup is straightforward: drive the vehicle over the 6PL, position the included high-density rubber lifting blocks under the correct vehicle lifting points if the geometry requires it, press the button on the power unit to raise to working height, and depress the dump valve lever to lower to the nearest locking position. Four non-slip rubber pads provide a stable contact surface across the platform, and the rubber lifting blocks protect pinch welds and frame contact points on vehicles where direct platform contact would cause damage. Mounting hardware is included for permanent floor installation.
