The Atlas FM9SL is a 9,000 lb flush-mount full-rise scissor lift designed for service facilities that want maximum lift density per square foot without above-ground columns or fixed obstructions on the shop floor. When lowered, the platforms sit flush with the floor surface and can be driven over from any direction — vehicles position freely in tight bay layouts without the approach angle constraints of a ramp-entry lift. It runs on 220V single-phase power with a 30-amp breaker and an air-operated single-point lock release requiring an external air supply. Installation requires minimal excavation compared to traditional in-ground lifts, and the electric/hydraulic power unit is externally accessible for periodic maintenance without disturbing the floor. Delivery requires access for a 53-foot truck. Backed by a 1-year structural and 1-year hydraulic parts warranty.

Adjustable-width platforms with front and rear extensions accommodate long-wheelbase pickup trucks that a fixed-length platform can't fully support. The open center design gives clear undercarriage access once the vehicle is raised, and grease zerk fittings at each hinge point allow routine lubrication without disassembly. A separate self-contained control unit positions independently of the lift for operator clearance during raising and lowering. Important operating note: position the vehicle frame at least 6 inches from the inside platform edges — on open scissor lifts without a cross-support bar, weight concentrated near the edges can cause platform toe-in. A scissor lift support bar kit is available separately for narrow-frame vehicles.

The FM9SL is built for new construction service facilities and dealership service departments designing a clean-floor layout from the ground up, high-density service operations that need to fit the maximum number of lift positions into a fixed floor plan, and shops replacing aging in-ground lifts who want modern flush-mount access without the excavation depth that traditional in-ground installations require.
