The Atlas® RJ-6 rolling bridge jack is a 6,000 lb capacity air/hydraulic lift accessory designed to turn a four-post lift into a fully functional service bay. Built with telescoping arms that extend across the runways, it allows technicians to position the lifting pads directly under manufacturer lift points without removing the vehicle from the platform. The adjustable rail support system rolls smoothly along the lift, making it easy to position the jack anywhere under the vehicle, from front axle to rear.

What makes the RJ-6 especially practical is its double screw lift pads and included peg-style truck adapters, which increase lift height for trucks and SUVs with higher frame points. Once positioned, the jack can be locked into multiple solid safety positions. At that point, hydraulic pressure is fully relieved, meaning the vehicle is mechanically supported much like it would be on jack stands—adding stability during brake, tire, or suspension work.

The system runs on air/hydraulic power (70–115 PSI operating range), so it integrates into standard shop air systems but requires controlled pressure to avoid damage. The low-profile scissor design keeps it compact when not in use, while the roller-supported base allows it to glide easily between runways without fighting friction or misalignment.

This unit is best suited for shops or home garages with Atlas four-post lifts that want to expand beyond storage into real service work—especially tire rotations, brake jobs, and suspension repairs. It carries a 1-year parts-only warranty and is built as a dedicated accessory to increase the functionality of compatible lift systems without taking up additional floor space.

Rolling Jack Measuring Guide

The Atlas® RJ6 air/hydraulic rolling bridge jack is a 6,000 lb capacity service accessory designed to extend the capability of a four-post lift. It uses telescoping arms that slide across the runways so the lift pads can be positioned directly under factory lifting points, allowing technicians to raise an axle without removing the vehicle from the platform. The expandable rail support system is built to fit a wide range of four-post lift configurations and uses integrated rollers so the jack moves smoothly along the full length of the lift.

One of its key functional advantages is its dual solid locking positions, which mechanically secure the vehicle once raised. When engaged, hydraulic pressure is completely removed from the system, meaning the load is held on physical locks rather than fluid pressure—similar in function to heavy-duty jack stands. This makes it suitable for tire service, brake work, and suspension repairs where stability under load is critical.

The RJ6 also includes peg-style truck adapters, which increase lift pad height for higher-clearance vehicles like pickups and SUVs. Combined with its air/hydraulic operation (requiring 70–115 PSI delivered air pressure), it integrates easily into standard shop air systems, though maintaining correct pressure is important to prevent damage.

Its low-profile scissor design keeps it compact under the lift, while the roller-supported base allows easy repositioning between runways without binding or resistance.

The RJ6 is best suited for four-post lift owners who want to move beyond storage into full service capability, especially for wheel, brake, and suspension work. It carries a 1-year parts-only warranty and is designed as a dedicated accessory for compatible Atlas four-post systems.
