The Katool KT-5DA is a dual-camera 3D/5D wheel alignment system that captures all four-wheel geometry from a single setup — toe, camber, caster, thrust angle, steering axis inclination, and both track-width and wheelbase differential — and renders live readings on a shop monitor while the technician makes corrections. That real-time feedback loop is the core of how the system works: adjustments show on screen as they happen, so there's no cycling between measuring and correcting. The rig is wheeled and self-contained, with both camera columns on locking casters for repositioning between bays.

The cloud-connected software handles database updates and remote support without a service visit — the system updates itself, and if something needs troubleshooting, it can be accessed remotely. The vehicle database covers most current car and light-truck makes and models, and technicians can save custom profiles for fleet vehicles or specialty platforms that aren't in the standard library. The integrated workstation includes a keyboard tray, tablet shelf, and thermal printer for alignment reports — everything the tech needs is on the cart. Removable wheel clamps adjust to fit a wide rim size range and attach without marring the surface, which matters when you're working on alloy wheels that customers care about.

The KT-5DA suits dedicated alignment shops that need a full-geometry system capable of handling the volume and variety of a busy bay, general repair shops adding alignment as a service line without committing to a fixed-installation machine, and fleet maintenance operations where custom vehicle profiles save setup time on repeat platforms. The wheeled, two-column design makes it practical for any shop that uses more than one bay and doesn't want alignment equipment locked to one location.
