The Katool KT-T160 is a heavy-duty electro-hydraulic tire changer built for the commercial end of the shop — trucks, buses, tractors, and earth-moving equipment where passenger-car machines don't have the reach or the force to do the job. The Multifix system handles tire and wheel sizes from 14" to 26", covering the range from light commercial to large off-road and agricultural equipment without swapping tooling between jobs.

The bead-breaking and mounting system uses a combined beak-and-disk configuration that clamps the bead with enough force to work on large commercial tires while keeping contact controlled enough to avoid damaging delicate alloy rims. That combination — high grip force with rim-safe contact geometry — is what separates a machine built for commercial tires from one that's simply scaled up. The multifunctional control layout lets the operator work the machine from any position around the tire, which matters on a 26" commercial wheel where repositioning the tire itself isn't a one-person job. Warranty

• Katool offers a limited one-year (12-month) warranty on all parts and product defects at no charge. An extended 2-year warranty plan is also available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
• Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, and related components. Vehicle lifts receive an additional three-year (36-month) warranty covering structural components.
• Claims must be submitted within the active warranty period
• Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and proof of purchase from Katool or an authorized vendor
• Approved replacement parts are provided at no cost, with free shipping included
• All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by the Katool warranty and service department
• Photos and/or videos of the defect may be requested to process a claim
• Do not disassemble any equipment prior to issue assessment
• Equipment falling outside the warranty policy is not covered; the buyer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping
• Labor costs are not included under any warranty coverage
