Warranty

Katool provides a limited one-year (12-month) warranty on all parts and product defects at no charge. A two-year extended warranty plan is also available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

Coverage Includes:

• Vehicle lifts additionally carry a three-year (36-month) warranty on structural components.

Warranty Conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within the active warranty period.
• The warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number along with proof of purchase from Katool or an authorized vendor.
• Approved replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
