Atlas 12ASL 12,000 lb Scissor Alignment Lift

The Atlas 12ASL is a 12,000 lb scissor alignment lift built for shops that need full wheel alignment capability — built-in slip plates, alignment turntables, and turntable covers are all included as standard, not sold separately. It installs either surface-mounted or flush-mounted (flush mounting requires separately purchased short ramps), runs on 220V single-phase power with a 30-amp breaker, and requires an external compressed air supply for the air-actuated single-point lock release system. The lift ships at approximately 5,000 lbs and requires delivery access for a 53-foot truck. Backed by a 2-year structural and 1-year hydraulic parts warranty.

The separate self-contained control panel positions independently of the lift, letting the operator stand clear during raising and lowering. Push-button controls handle all movement, and the air-actuated lock system engages and disengages automatically as the lift travels — no manual lock intervention mid-cycle. 19 locking positions give the technician precise working height options across the full travel range. A safety lowering limit switch stops descent automatically when the platforms reach within 10 inches of the floor, requiring a deliberate second input to complete the final lowering — a safeguard against unintended contact with floor equipment. An emergency manual pump provides lowering capability if the power circuit fails. Welded internal runway rails accept a rolling jack (such as the Atlas RJ-6) for suspension unloading during alignment work, and 72-inch ramps are included as standard for easy vehicle loading.
